VEE Courses (Validation by Educational Experience)Three topics are no longer tested on the Actuarial exams:
These three topics are still required to become an associate or a fellow of the society of actuary. You can get VEE credits on these topics by taking the following courses at UNC Charlotte and passing them with a grade of B or better:
VEE credit for Applied Statistical Methods
or
VEE credit for Economics
VEE credit for Corporate Finance
Students who passed at least two actuarial examinations with the SOA or CAS may submit an Application for VEE Credits. If you transferred courses from another college, check the Directory of approved VEE Courses. The application and all other information can be found on the SOA website VEE Credits |
